Well just because they got the same score does not mean they are equal. If Killer Bee were to get a low score because of his lack of genjutsu and intelligence, does that mean he is weak?

Also Sakura has a higher score than Neji, Shikamaru and Temari. Does this mean Sakura would beat the other three in a fight? Databook scores give a general idea on how well a character is at something. A high score can only be gained with versatility which both Jiraiya and Itachi have. Being versatile does not mean being more powerful than the rest.

@OP Jiraiya can't even beat Itachi or Kisame in a 1 VS 1 and you seriously think he can beat both at once? Maybe some people are just not worth arguing with.

First of all, it was 4 tails that beat jiraiya to a pulp and he wasnt trying to fight
And jiraiya has sm so there is no way orochimaru could beat him
