This is an interesting matchup to me and I honestly think Kisame can win this battle...I believe he can win because he pretty much can counter all of Mu's abilities...

1. For instance Mu turning invisible and perfectly hiding his chakra that's an awesome ability but Kisame fused with Sameahada can easily detect chakra seeing as how Sameahada is a sensor according to narutopedia because it is attracted to people with huge chakra

2. Mu splitting himself into 2 separate entities... Again this is an awesome ability but Kisame can also counter this with the use of multiple water clones

3. Mu's Jinton technique here's the one that will ultimately decide the battle to me can Kisame Giant water shark bullet jutsu defeat Mu's Jinton and the answer to me is yes because it said that Kisames jutsu absorbs the chakra out of his opponents attack making his much more powerful

4. Mu's ability to fly is countered by Kisame's ability to surf on massive tidalwaves and seemingly being able to control the water and making it do what he wants...

5. Kisame can also change the entire landscape into a giant ocean and if he catches Mu in that giant water dome like he did killer bee game over... Kisame is virtually unbeatable under water

Tell me what do you guys think

In your opinion what gives Mu the advantage

well you say kisame's ability to ride on huge tidal waves will counter Mu's flying. However you underestimate how high Mu can fly, I dounbt Kisame's tidal waves will reach 100 ft high, and Mu can fly double the height of that if he wants to. Mu just has to spam from long range I think and he will win.

I don't think Kisame can sense Muu's chakra if Muu hides it. How can Kisame sense something that is hidden. There is a reason why the Allied Shinobi HQ could not sense Muu's presence.

Muu's splitting ability isn't that great and if he does that he won't be able to use jinton. It is mainly good for surviving against an enemy but will leave you weak. Yeah Kisame might overwhelm Muu with water clones.
I don't know if this will work with jinton because jinton is said to disintegrate everything which means that the water shark bullet will also be disintegrated.
4. Mu's ability to fly is countered by Kisame's ability to surf on massive tidalwaves and seemingly being able to control the water and making it do what he wants...
You do realize a jinton cube will destroy the water dome and Muu can control the weight of himself to make him light enough to float easily and then fly out of the dome.
5. Kisame can also change the entire landscape into a giant ocean and if he catches Mu in that giant water dome like he did killer bee game over... Kisame is virtually unbeatable under water

No I already explained how Muu gets out of the water dome.

Anyway nice match up but there is a reason why Muu was said to be unbeatable unless another jinton user fights him. His abilities are very good and even though I personally think Kisame is very underrated, he can't win this. Although Kisame would give Muu a good fight. Yeah Muu takes this mid-high difficulty like the poster above me said.
