Wrong!!!The rennigan allows the user to master every chakra nature,this doesnt mean that tobi can do jutsus of every chakra nature.He first has to master the specific chakra nature,then learn the technique.:flaw:

I stand corrected then. But that doesn't mean he can't use all 5 elements, since he seems quite experienced and knowledgable with the Rinnegan. So it wouldn't be unreasonable to believe he has all 5 elements. Actually, he's shown that he has Earth Release when he was his goofy self.

1)First of all i like to apologize on my earliar post,if it was a little mean
2)Secondly, i have also noticed that he can use earth style,but im unsure if he can use fire style since we do not know if he is an uhiha(actually there is a extremely strong possibilty that he is an uhiha).
3)Even though he is quite knowledgable with the rennigan,doesnt literally mean he has experience using it.So I doubt he can use all 5 chakra nature bro.
