therefore chakra preta path absorbs doesn't just go no where,

it goes to preta path meaning, if preta path did in fact absorb deidara's chakra, it is possible he could be a walking bomb because of deidara's unique chakra.

Preta path basically converts the jutsu back into chakra and absorbs it. He did the same with Naruto's sage chakra but since it had natural energy in it then he turned into stone.

Deidara's chakra isn't exactly unique. He just uses explosion style. The chakra would be nullified like Jiraiya's fire jutsu.

There are four different types of chakra: Normal Chakra, Elemental Chakra, Bijuu Chakra and Senjutsu Chakra. It would seem that all of the said Chakra are safely absorbed by Preta Path except Senjutsu Chakra.

Senjutsu Chakra: This could explain why it affects Preta Path.

Senjutsu chakra (仙術チャクラ, senjutsu chakura) is the chakra needed to perform senjutsu, which contains the energy found in nature itself. It is a powerful source of energy, able to grant a ninja increased strength, speed, and endurance for taijutsu, as well as enhancing the power of one's ninjutsu and genjutsu. Sage chakra is created through the three-way mixing and balancing of one's physical energy and spiritual energy, as well as the natural energy (自然エネルギー, shizen enerugī) from the atmosphere/air and terrain/ground. Since the three energies need to be equally balanced, the higher one's personal chakra capacity (physical energy and spiritual energy), the more natural energy they can add to the mix. Only those with a such large chakra capacity can gather the natural energy needed for entering a powerful state called Sage Mode. Also, only when a person remains "perfectly still", no longer disrupting the flow of nature around them like ripples in a pond, can they properly feel and harness natural energy. Remaining completely still for a period of time takes a great deal of concentration and patience, requiring a highly motivated and calm state of mind.


There are a few disadvantages while using toad Sage Mode. These include:
If the user draws in too much natural energy in the attempt to initiate Sage Mode, they run the risk of transforming into a toad, then into stone. If the transformation is completed, it cannot be reversed.
In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still. Because of that, the user can be an easy target for an opponent.
Because the user needs to move during combat, the senjutsu chakra cannot be replenished, which means the user can't stay within this state for extended periods of time.
The second and third weaknesses mentioned above can be bypassed through the Sage Art: Amphibian Technique, where one Sage gathers chakra for another or as in Naruto's case, shadow clones can be used for the same purpose.
In Kabuto's case, he replicated Jūgo's clan's ability to passively absorb natural energy, thus allowing him to continuously collect the chakra even while moving.
After Sage Mode has ended, the user appears to experience exhaustion.

hmm.... yep your right.
my logic was that deidara's explosion release had a special property to it,
but that's like saying if preta path absorbed wood release he would turn into a tree.
