Why is Danzo so underated.

Word.
I think people forget all characters whose strength are being debated are all deadly shinobi and that there is no a>b>c logic and most importantly that characters can fight out of their leagues both ways.

I agree, danzo is underrated and kishi clearly trolled danzo in his fight with sasuke, danzo was even holding back because he wanted to save chakra to fight tobi. If danzo could have use KA in his fight with sasuke he could have defeated sasuke easily and maybe tobi (I doubt that he could have beaten tobi though.)

In his Prime he wud have asskicked Sasuke.

In his prime danzo did not have Inzanagi. On top of that sasuke is a fire release user while danzo uses wind release. Danzo's body enhancements are the only thing that even make him worth mentioning. Even in his prime all he would have is more chakra and speed. Both those things dont help him against sasoono.

Yeah, I think Danzo was holding back a bit. But to be fair, Danzo did spam Izanagi a little too much, which lead to his eventual defeat. A lot of the times he 'died' he could have avoided without Izanagi.

Not underrated, it's just how it is. If someone underrated him is Kishi himself who made him stupid and weak enough to not even be able to avoid shurikens U_U
