Naraka part cant dodge birds or spiders. Pein has never shown even impressive speed. C4 microscopic bombs kills them.

The bombs get into the bloodstream by entering through the lungs. All of the paths are dead bodies, so the micro bombs can't hurt them. The chakra is only used because of Nagato's Heretic Paths technique.
