Storm 3 to be given an M rating?

This is based purely on assumption guys. I am under the impression PEGI 16 = M because games like Gears of War and Halo are given PEGI 16 in the UK. Does this mean Storm 3 will be rated M in the US? If so, being set in the time of the War, I want 3 to be as brutal as Naruto has gotten. In the anime and manga we have seen people getting bisected, people losing their arms and stuff like that. I for one would at the very least see clothing on the characters get torned or dirtied up and cuts and bruises on the character as fighting rages on. What do you think?

Cuz it's not a kid's series, atleast not by American standards, or it could be the looseness of pop culture in Japan that allows for blood and hacking off of limbs in a kids show

as the fight goes on the ninja looks difrent

75% kida hurt

50% hurt

25% major damige

0% dead

also when a ninja when vs a real opponent say something different

ex kakashi beats zabuza instead of kakashi saying you need more training he would say " you still cant beat me zabuza" ect

it wont be given an M rating no matter what.. that would kill sales because most stores dont carry M games. plus peoples parents wont buy if they see "M"

OT: It would be nice if they would add a little blood(For Amaterasu) and some of the Boss Fight Scenes. Or like in DBZ games, when the character becomes hurt enough their clothes will rip or become damage.
