Ten Tails ultimate plot no jutsu trolling

As we all know the ten tails is begging revived by means of all the kyuubis chakra put together.
The nine tails and eight tails have a replacement for that plan. This is iswhere the plot hits a huge pothole. I can believe one part of the eight tails could be used but ginkaku and kinkaku is impossible.
They were brought back with the edo tensei and thus. they shouldve left with its destruction. Im just wondering if anyone else noticed this slipp up?
