Can The Dust Release Be Escaped?

Ik the anime is valid evidence and we only use manga, but it took like 3-5 seconds before Ooniki set it off so I was wondering if Sasuke could have escaped within that time period.

But what you said could happen too, if the user activates the disintegrating part, before it's surrounds the target.

True,true +rep for the good point. But the ball in the middle seems to be some sort of Atomic bomb, so the walls would have to be unbreakable to keep that sort of explosion in. Or if your point is correct, the walls keep the explosion for going out be suppressing with its jinton material, that makes sense too, sort of like fighting fire with fire.
