naruto wins because
if the pain that obsorbs chakra tries 2 obsorb anything then naruto can pop up from behind and attack. if they try 2 use almighty pull or whatever then naruto can use his chakra arms 2 dig into the ground like an anchor for a ship. no pain is faster or stronger than naruto.
if naruto makes one other bm 10 km and 5 sm then the sm clones can take care of the pain that obsorbes ninjutsu the km clones can take care of any pains that are good at taijutsu, and naruto and his other bm can take care of the rest which will be op.
remeber, again, that naruto can use chakra arms 2 stop almighty pull. naruto stops almighty puch with tbb. and lets say that the pain that obsorbs chakra manages 2 deafeat all sm clones and tries 2 obsorb the tbb. it takes time for him 2 obsorb stuff and it doesnt cover his whole body so naruto and his clones are fast enough and can once again comeup from behind or use chakra underground 2 attack the pain.
we also need 2 put into account that naruto has more and almost unlimited chakra which is something pain does not have. speaking of unlimited chakra remember that he can combine bm or km with sm as seen when pain tried 2 control naruto. naruto is just 2 op for pain 2 handle
also if pain summons the dogs or anything else naruto summons the boss toads 2 even it out. honestly i think if naruto just makes one other bm then he can defeat pain but i tried 2 put everything into account.

you saw 8 tail form of kyubi Destroying Nagato.
Current BM >> 8 Tail form of kyubi.
And also even if u removed half size of that TBB still its far more Larger & powerful than Nagatos CT.

Animal Path- BM Naruto took down 5 Bijuu. Nagato's summons which he has complete knowledge on would stand no chance. The Toads aren't even required.

Asura Path- Lazer can be overwhelmed with Bijuu Ball and missiles can be deflected with Kurama shroud.

Banshō Ten'in - Already showed he can

Human Path - Nagato is not going to be able to grab BM Naruto with his speed, KB, and Kurama shroud protecting him

Preta Path - We already saw that if the technique is fast enough Nagato can't use Fūjutsu Kyūin in time to block. So BM Naruto's speed counters this technique.

Shinra Tensei - Nagato gets countered even harder than what the opening described considering Naruto in BM can just reflect Shinra Tensei back at Nagato the same way

So Nagato would need to survive 5-min of BM Naruto to have any chance of beating current Naruto.

Ok. So for your first point, WE DON'T KNOW IF HE CAN USE BM AND SM AT THE SAME TIME. And you wouldn't even know how that works, so you can't argue for it. Secondly, since BM lasts only 5 minutes, he doesn't have to catch Naruto, he just has to absorb the attacks and wait him out. Naruto can't switch between BM and SM, and he wouldn't be able to go into SM in this fight anyways, considering he has to be motionless to do so, and as far as we know, Ma and Pa would still be rejected. Nagato would kill him before he can go into SM, so the only options available to Naruto are KM and BM.

And you say BM will rip Nagato's head off? You realize it has CHAKRA arms? Which can be absorbed with PRETA PATH? BM is in reality no problem for Nagato.

Now, for your second point, firstly, Muu could have easily dodged Naruto's second attack. The reason he didn't was because he thought that his attack would hit first, and Naruto surprised him. If his aim from the start was to dodge it, he would have succeeded.

Now tell me where exactly BM shows speed superior to KM. From what I've seen in the mange, KM is faster. You can also see this in Bee's KM vs his BM. Bee is definitely faster in KM. So your claim there is wrong.

Your third point is irrelevant seeing as how Nagato won't let Naruto go into SM in the first place.

Finally, where in the world do you get the idea that Nagato isn't smart???? His strategy in his fight against Naruto was perfectly fine, and he would have won were he able to use Deva Path from the beginning. He was also smart enough to come up with his own idea for how to attain peace, something Naruto was unable to do. He is not stupid, and he would AT LEAST figure out that flying would pretty much solve his problems against Naruto. Thus, he would take flight, and Naruto would lose.

You're right except for the part that we do know he can use BM and SM together, because that's what he did in BM.

nagato is a master of all basic elements,one of his suiton techs creates rain on all of amegukere while he is in deva whom he is well above,BM naruto is made of chakra,TBB is made of chakra,his shinra tensei knocked back killer B in his v2 form whi is stronger than a km clone,BM naruto is not faster than km,i dont know where they get it from,a sage mode clone isnt gonna beat nagato,and i find it baffeling that nagato wudnt know shadow clone technique when he trained with jiraiya or has mastered all elemental affinities to not know any clone techiques,he used one in animal path against jiraiya when they fought(im not sure if this was anime only),a shadow clone of nagato can handle clones of naruto as well as aid him to absorb chakra. Naruto is outmatched.
