Why isnt Ino in the medic sqad?

I mean she has healing abilities and, lets be honest, her fighting abilities havent advanced since part1. So I think a medic role would suit her much more.

She sticks with Ino Shika Cho squad. She has gotten better with her mind transfer jutsu. She just hasn't had too much screen time.

agreed, but i think that the reason why she isnt in the medic squad is that she knows Mind Body Disturbance Technique, Mind Body Switch Technique, Mind Clone Switch Technique.

Sakura's main ninjutsu is healing. That's why she is a healer.
Ino's main ninjutsu is not healing. That's why she is not a healer.

She tried to follow Sakuras training and was unable to keep up, and as others have said the Ino-Shiko-cho formation is vital to Konoha.
