ok first off tsunade is actually a saggy old lady who uses jutsu to look like she currently does so no i dont count her. id have a list of top 5 and reasons why
1. Ino (nuff said)
2. Hinata (physically attractive, nice personality and the byakugan seals the deal)
3. Mei ( the only middle aged woman who still looks attractive, one of the few characters who wear makeup that compliments her)
4. Sakura ( she is cute and has a air of innocence)
5. Anko ( the naughty girl of the leaf)
