Naruto's Bijuu Mode lasts 5 minutes. Tobi can turn Gedo Mazo intangible to avoid any attacks. And how exactly are the two going to defeat Tobi once Naruto's Bijuu Mode runs out and its practically Sasuke vs Tobi + Gedo Mazo? From there, Naruto gets taken out quite easily...and Sasuke with not much more difficulty.

Hmm. You may be right about that. And I know he won't. He wouldn't need to as he already demonstrated with Sasuke.
But even still, he has Edo Tensei. Edo He could use at the very least Edo Madara and Mu when in combat. He could more than likely use more due to his mastery of the jutsu though. 2nd Mizukage, 3rd Raikage, 4th Kazekage, Edo Nagato, etc. He has a large selection of elite ninja he can use.

and all of them will lose to sasuke except madara that will need naruto for that. and who said madara will listen to him he will probably kill him so madara is a effy
