Newbie with suggestions *run*

First off, joined earlier this morning (US Time) and have been venturing around the forum off and on since.

Even though I like Naruto discussion as much as the next guy I can only read how Madara is Obito so many times without wanting to forcefully remove my eyeballs out of lack of substance in the content.

That being said I'm here more for the forum experience and contests more than anything and I like how everything is well structured so I was wondering if there was one huge post somewhere explaining everything? When I say everything I'm referring how we do signature contests, fanfics, battle zone (which is pretty awesome out of what I've seen), how the money works, how to move up in rank, etc, etc, etc....

Anyway, I'm sure there are individual explanations throughout the board for everything but I think it would be useful to many members (OR AT LEAST MINE ;_; ) to have one huge post or index page of some sort explaining everything. I'm paranoid about getting started in something and not totally understanding what I'm doing and would be totally willing to sit down and read it all in one setting no matter how many hours it takes.

Navigating such large boards are pretty difficult, so I just think it would be beneficial. I know it would take a decent amount of time (if it's not already done), but this is my suggestion.

Go to the questions and suggestions forum and there's a frequently asked questions section that should answer most of your questions. Also, as far as the numerous Tobi threads, they're technically breaking the rules because there's a separate Tobi sticky thread that no one uses...

I haven't been here near long enough to grasp the community completely by any means but I would think as many active members are here and join, it could be useful.

The rules, guidelines, etc are divided amongst the sections to which they pertain, in threads stickied there. It was the way found to organize things so that they were more accessible.
