it never said he has infinite chakra
it said that the chakra they do have replenishes very fast and therefor it is impossible 2 run out of chakra not because they have infinite amounts but because it keeps refilling. if they had infinite amounts then he would have more chakra coming out of him than naruto.

all endos are immortal but that doesn't mean they can't be sealed. you can kill endos over and over but they come back but if naruto defeats madara then while madaras reforming someone can seal him and his eyes shut.
