Why is the one shot manga not uploaded?

So guys i do not see the new one shot manga titled as Road To Naruto The Movie....in NB.....
Why is it so? Other naruto site has already uploaded the manga....and it is really very good.....but why is it not being uploaded here?
Yeah i already read it....but it would really be great if it could be here as well....some fans here may not have read it yet.....

what are you talking about bro.....the admin can just upload the manga normally like how they upload the series manga.....however they can upload it in the naruto special tag......
I can upload the manga myself on a thread by making spoiler tag for each page....but that thread might get deleted.....and also i am too lazy to do that today....
