Tobi is Obito (read it from MY point of view)

Tobi is Obito. "Kakashi you always lived in regret"
How did kakashi live in regret? His dad died, his dad the "White Fang" was one of the strongest shinobis in 2nd or 3rd Hokages time period. But he died, died because of the people he saved. Just because he didnt follow the shinobi law. Kakashi grew up with no dad, no evidence he had a mother, and his teacher Minato. Kakashi would always say "Those who break the rules, are always trash/scum." Kakashi learned from his dad's mistake, and he wanted to be better. His life was full of regrets, he should've been better to save his dad's life. He grew up with Minato, Obito, and more others we see today. Obito was his rival and Obito once said "In the ninja world those who dont follow the rules are trash, but those who dont even care about their frends are even more than trash." This changed kakashi's lifestyle.

Another fact.
Tobi can use Kamuii and so can kakashi. They both have the same eyes and abilities. They have almost the same age, diffrent heights and same hairstyle. I have no fact why would Obito would go against Konoha, but i'm pretty sure Kishi trolled him. There're lots of theories that he can also be Izuna, but Izuna is old.

Ok, all fine and dandy. What gets me though why the hell would obito come back and try and kill minato? Why and how would obito "give nagato the rinnegan" Why and HOW would obito learn how to control the 9 tails and come back and attack his village.
