Why can't Naruto go back into BM?

Why can't he go into BM ?
He has shown that he can switch places with kurama, he also can go KM but why no BM? :sy:
Do they need to train again or something? Or plot hax maybe?

I thought the only reason Naruto couldn't go BM is because Naruto and Kyubbi were "fighting over chakra". But now that the Nine Tails is friendly and they no longer have to play "tug-of-war" shouldn't he be able to go BM?

But I guess he does need training... Killer Bee is a perfect jinchuriki and he's just been sitting there the whole time in his Bijuu form like a bawseee

That is not correct: it was because it was his FIRST transformation that he could only last 5 minutes. i belive after some training and maybe in the next transformation he will be able to last longer in that form.
