To use Tsukuyomi you need to have a Mangekyou Sharingan like Itachi has....even if Tobi doesnt showed his Mangekyou he must have it in order to use Infinite Tsukuyomi

If Tobi dosent have the Mangekyou Sharingan it means the Juubi can grant all dojutsu power with that one eye special dojutsu to the jinchuuriki ( Tobi will be his jinchuuriki )

So what do you think guys... does Tobi have Mangekyō Sharingan to use Infinite Tsukuyomi ?

we don't know of he does or does not have MS ,
it is assumed one needs MS to control the nine tails so people have persumed he has MS one way or another and we haven't seen it because it would might reveal his identity or rule out people kishi wants us to believe he is

and btw if he really thinks he is going to do the plan he must be able to cast Tsukyomi why would he go so far yet miss such a major detail that you must have MS :L
and as for the juubi doing this , it could make sense - possesses the so6p's powers - you have a point rep+ anyway anything can happen

Alternatively, I've seen plenty of theories about the influence of the Juubi corrupting the rinnegan and causing it to devolve into the sharingan and stuff like that and if this is true then it would make sense that MS techniques like Tsukuyomi would be possible as the Ten-tails jinchuuriki

For now we know that has much power to ravage the shinobi world .... its very big gigantic ( after all his a giant yokai ) it has massive chakra amounts and it has a unique dojutsu

That means Juubi it has eye jutsu... becuase it has a dojutsu

Yes I know MS is necessary for Tsukuyomi, but Infinite Tsukuyomi is a completely different jutsu. The only similarities is the name and and to a certain extent the effects of the jutsu: Controlling reality,genjutsu.

Well for me Tsukuyomi and Infinite Tsukuyomi its the same thing only that is on a masive scale

Like Shinra tensei .... it can be used on small scale or on a very large scale

Also in order to use Infinite Tsukuyomi you need amounts of chakra and the moon to project the Jutsu

What hes hinting at is projecting his reality into the moon, so everyone sees what hes sees.

TBH, i don't see why Tobi hasn't got MS already. I mean, gaining MS is rare and is only given to talented shinobi who have felt some sort of grief or pain. Tobi qualify's with ease, so why the f*k doesn't he have MS!!

Tsukuyomi and infinite tsukuyomi is not two complete diferent jutsus... the difference is, that by using the power of the juubi to increase the power of the genjutsu, he can reflect it on the surface of the moon so he can hit everyone at once

Yeah all his action's require MS, but their's no solid proof as of now that he has MS. Or at least a scan showing him with MS.

I may have been exaggerating a little they have small similarities, but infinite is ultimately different nevertheless. It's like comparing a normal katon to amaterasu. The scale is diffrent and so are the conditions which have to be met. Also Infinite Tsukuyomi does not require MS from whats shown so far.These alone are what make the two jutsu's distinguishable.

The sage was a priest ... he seald the juubi in him ... we dont know if the sage had rinnegan during the battle with the Juubi
