tobi is super strong and even his gear is abnormally strong.
I just think since he is actually has a type of zetsu material(or hashirama clone) in him that is why he is abnormally strong like this and that is why tobi and madara even worked together since they have the same ideals,
I don't think anyone could damage tobi with regular taijutsu and a byakugan,asura path,nin taijutsu, and the eight gatees or some enhanced taijutsu is the only way to harm him in taijutsu combat because of his unique dna of hashirama.
Genjutsu
even if tobi has a sharingan it doesn't mean that he can't beat mangekyou sharingan genjutsu or any other as long as your skillled and follow the rules of breaking genjutsu then you are good. Tobi would just need to reverse the genjutsu and i think he can, the reason is that he can make you reveal anything with a mere sharingan and can put you genjutsu for days and weeks and can even control a cooperative jinchuriki like the 4th mizukage so that is not normal at all.
Ninjutsu
with the rinnegan tobi can control bijuu with the rinnegan influence or even people by just inserting his chakra in them or by using rods so he can just control the ten tails by his rinnegan or sharingan which ever way.
He also can use all techniques of the basic 5 elements and can use any atribute like nagato can like the oil or anything since he masters all basic 6.
Then you have the path powers pf the asura with unbelievable strength,deva path with gravitational ability,human path to take souls,animal path summmon legendary animals and gedo mazou(with all nine tailed beast chakra in and to help increase rinnegan vision),nakara path for life repairs and then preta bath to absorb chakra infused ninjutsu.
the sharingan just enhances tobi reflexes more so that he gets perfect vision from the rinnegan and then predictions of incoming attacks from the sharingan and to copy any jutsu's he see in an instant or even faster than the enemy can and to help fight threw genjutsu's and illusions.
then he has space time ninjutsu which makes invulnerable in large scale attacks and can dodge any close encounter which give rise to two abilities the human path(to take souls) and then to suck your opponent with space time, honestly naruto would have been dead already and he got saved pleanty of times by comrades by that move sets of close encounter of the human path.
