It's hard to judge this though. In no specific order, I would say Negative Knight, Ryuu.., Owarij, Blaze Release, Tobispawn, Rikerslade, EliteKakashi, and tons of others that I can't think of. Honestly, there are too many to make a fair list, let alone order them..

Edit: Some more great ones are Anub and Tazzilla88. I'll add more if I remember.
