I think it was someone from Kakashi and Guy's generation.Because in the most recent chapter Tobi told to Guy that it's no use telling him since he doesn't remember faces.So it's someone from Guy's Generation or someone who knew him.I personally have a suspicion about one of Jirayia's team,he was jealous that Jirayia noticed Minato the most and had most interest in him.Just a thought.
