Why didnt Danzo use Kotoamatsukami on Sasuke? He would be a really strong protector of Konoha.

Yeap, thats right.He could use it only one time per day.During his battle with Sasuke he couldn't even activate his normal sharingan because he had overused it on his way to the Kage meeting when he used it against some assasins and later when he used kotoamatsukami on Mifune.He managed to activate it just before he died.

Yea but I don't see why he couldn't just use it before he died. It was activated for like 10mins and he didn't do anything with it. I know he was in a dilemma whether to use KA or Izanagi, but after sasuke hit his vital point he should have used it.

He could have use it on Sasuke and Sasuke would kill Tobi. But then, who transplants itachis eyes?
I think this is why kishi didnt do that.
