In the upcoming Manga chapters... Killer Bee will get attacked and wounded severely. But Killer Bee wont be critically injured by Tobi. Or Madara. Or Orochimaru. Or Sasuke. Or because the war in general. Or in a "serious" fight whatsoever.
But... He will be punched so hard that he could be left in critical condition. WHY? Because its Kishi's style of writing to briefly touch on things that will be revealed later in the Manga...
