Apparently you don't know what "alive" means... Itachi is dead. I don't think you know what strong is either because Kabuto is a weakling again. I do agree with Naruto though. Tobi has Sharingan/Rinnegan, how does he fail? And the summons are part of his techs, it requires skill; also he has ST techs.
