Hm, Tobi's warping technique is a true one shot skill. Well not traditional in the kill right away sense. There are plenty of others.

Amaterasu is. That's its thing. I don't like it, but that's the way it is. Maybe if you're lucky, you have enough time to strip down - like that samurai had when Kankuro pulled his armor off.

If you get hit by it in the face, full on, without any protection of any kind, then you're a goner.

Tsukuyomi...I don't know. Sasuke managed to break it - I know, I know, he's an Uchiha, but if the plot demands it, someone else could as well, I'd wager.

Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are not one shot kill techniques. Alot of Uchiha fans like to prove there points by saying if sasuke or itachi use amaterasu or tsukuyomi than there opponents will instanly be defeated. I would like to state that these accusations are extremely false.

None of these people are dead, which proves that these techniques are not one shot kill moves, so stop trying to use them the instantly prove someone elses defeat.

If you're saying one-shot as in the jutsu killing them instantly then no, but if one's hit by amaterasu then it pretty much is over for them if they have no way of getting the flames off of them.

The flames are inextinguishable meaning they can't be put out by any means except for the user. And they keep burning for 7 days and nights, so its target would definitely die if hit by it with no way of removing the flames.

As for tsukuyomi I don't know because Kakashi himself stated that had Itachi wanted to kill him with it then he could've, but it lacks the feats of it doing so.

If soul dragon hits u, u are automatically dead.
If rasenshureken hits u or u are caught in radius, then you body becomes paralysed and you die
If dust release forms around you then there is no escape and you die.

once these attacks TOUCH you then you are dead.
