Naruto had only the help from Hinata, Kurama, intel and plot. . . . Thats why most of us consider Naruto never really defeated Pain. Actually the sevent path committed suicide.

Read the later chapters and u wld realize they are actually dead bodies manipulated by chakra rods, they are already dead and organic puppets so they cant die only be damaged.

PS EMS is only a stronger version of MS. But Rinnegan is still the much stronger version.
