I think the word you meant was claustrophobic, not homophobic.

First lets speculate that this theory is correct and Izuna is Tobi.
That was Tobi telling Sasuke that Izuna had died. And in this case Izuna telling Sasuke when he died. Which is impossible since he is alive. Or he could be a failed Edo tensei by his brother trying to revive him. But lets stick to topic.
