it is possible,since madara acquired after gaining power and he already had EMS, since sasuke is the only other person to acquire it, besides madara. this shows that the uchiha can gain access to rinnegan.
also kishimoto keeps giving both naruto and sasuke "upgrades", follow this
since the start of shippuden naruto has acquired sage mode, kyuubi mode and finally bijuu mode a total of three upgrades.
sasuke has aquired mangekyo sharingan, eternal mangekyo sharingan a total of two (im not counting normal sharingan as a upgrade thats just a clan thing, uzumakis get high chakra levels and uchihas get sharingan thats just how it is) hes one short of naruto which means that the next logical step would b rinnegan, how hegets it idk mayb he finds out how when he mets the mysterious person he and orochi are gonna meet, mayb it goes back to theoriginal rules of sharingan that one must experience great emotional trauma after attaining EMS idk,but one thing is certain sasuke is bound to gain rinnegan eventually.
or you can follow the logic of some of the fanboys that hell learn a time alteration jutsu,which to me seems more unlikely in that if sasuke canwarp time naruots main advantage of speed wouldb useless and sasuke would easily defeat naruto. So yeah rinnegan would b the next upgrade for sasuke not time altercation jutsu.
personally ima huge sasuke fan and wouldnt mind him having either of those but only kishi knows and since kishimotos favorite character is sasuke you can bet its going to be an amazing upgrade.
back to thethreadthough i think eventually wen sasukegets the rinnegan thathewont revive his clan,i think he respects them too much to havethe dead brought back to life andi feel like itachi wouldnt approve of it
