Who is the most versital living ninja? i believe it is Tobi maybe since rinnegan , s/t , sharingan , etc

Well, you said living. I wanted to say Nagato but that counts him out. Him and his other bodies together were able to do just about anything.

I would say Kakashi is versatile because he can copy so many moves and jutsu. Sasuke is on a very good way. He is good in alot of different things so I would say it's him. From the kage, Oonoki and Mei. Orochimaru is really alive? Not sure. Same with Madara. I don`t count him as alive. And Tobi didn`t show us much yet.

I say Madara is very alive now, he dispelled the ETS and hes now with flesh and bones.
