Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat β†’ Dog β†’ Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

How you perform it: *I begin to mold my suiton chakra. I form the handseals Rat, Dog, and Ox. Then, I convert my suiton chakra into water in the shape of a whip.
Advantages: The jutsu can be used without a source of water. In addition, it is not limited to short range. Also, it can be used to increase the range and strength of lightning release jutsu.
Disadvantages: The jutsu can't hit long range and has requires a enough time for the hand seals to be formed.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would defend myself by either moving out of range, using a jutsu of equal rank (not of fire release) or using a higher rank fire jutsu to evaporate the water. (sorry for a similiar answer again :eek:)

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram β†’ Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

How you perform it: *I mold suiton chakra and channel it into my mouth. I then form the hand seals Ram and Tiger. I convert the suiton chakra in my mouth into a syrupy liquid and shoot a stream of it out of my mouth at the ground.*
Advantages: The user can change the landscape of the battle field, limit the opponent's movements and to some extent, be able to predict the opponent's actions.
Disadvantages: The user needs to form hand seals in order to use the jutsu. Also, the user can only use this jutsu in a wide area. Also, if the oponent identifies the jutsu, they can simply avoid the effects of the jutsu by channeling chakra into their feet.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would use a large scale water release jutsu to wash away the syrup. I could also use earth release jutsus to cover the syrup with water. In addition, I could evaporate the water and burn the remaining syrup with a fire release jutsu.

You can focus your chakra into your feet and walk on top of the sticky liquid as well, which might be useful.

Focus your water chakra and perform the Tiger handseal after which you create a clone of yourself out of water. The clone can only use C-ranked water techniques and can only travel to short range from you due to only having 1/10th of your chakra.

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

Before you can use this technique you first have to perform the Hidden Mist jutsu, so don't forget that.
After you have used the Hidden Mist jutsu you will use your chakra, which is spread in every tiny drop of the mist, to reflect the sunlight that shines upon the drops. The trick is to reflect that light in a way that the opponent who is trapped in the mist gets blinded.


(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

*Points at the lake* For this jutsu you have to be sure to have a water source nearby or it will not work. Luckily for us there is a lake here ^_^
Use the water of the lake to create a spinning vortex of water around yourself. This vortex can be used both to attack and defend for it will stop some incoming jutsus and it has power enough to knock a nearby opponent unconscious.


(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

And a third jutsu as bonus.
Focus your water chakra and clap your hands together. This creates a spiralling vortex of water to appear out of nowhere and explodes into a wave of water that you can control by moving your hands. Give it a try ^^

How you perform it: *I begin to mold my suiton chakra and channel it into the lake next to me. The chakra causes droplets to rise out of the water and I make sure that chakra is in each droplet. Thus, a thick white blanket of mist is formed. Then I manipulate all of the droplets with my chakra in such a way that it reflects the sunlight into my opponent's eyes.*
Advantages: This jutsu can blind the opponent.
Disadvantages: If the mist is blown away or the opponent closes his/her eyes this jutsu will be rendered useless. Basically, the big disadvantage is that this jutsu is dependent on the hiding in the mist jutsu.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would close my eyes (since I could not see through the mist anyway) and then use a wind jutsu to blow away the mist.

Advantages: This jutsu can be used both offensively and defensively. Also, the jutsu has decent range.
Disadvantages: The disadvantages are that the jutsu requires a water source and it is also a fairly low rank technique.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would either move out of range or use a fire release jutsu of greater rank to evaporate.

Advantages: This jutsu creates a large amount of water and does not require a water source. The user can then manipulate the jutsu after activating it and adapt it to any strategy the user wants.
Disadvantages: The jutsu is relatively low-level.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would move out of range or use a jutsu of equal strength to cancel it out.

Perform the needed handseals and send your water chakra into the air. Then create rain which will fall from the sky. Each drop of rain contains a bit of your chakra, linking the drops to your senses. This way you can detect people or things containing chakra that are being rained upon.

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Focus your water chakra and perform the needed handseals. Then spread out your palms in front of you and create an orb of water around your opponent which you need to keep your arms in to keep the orb around the opponent and the opponent in it :p

Because the infusion of chakra into the rain links it to my senses, when the rain's path is obstructed by an object with chakra, I will detect the object.
How it works: By linking the rain to my senses I can detect the locations of objects or people infused with chakra.
Advantages: The jutsu is indefinite, has up to long range and basically gives the user sensory abilities during a battle.
Disadvantages: The jutsu has to hit the target and therefore cannot be used if battling inside a structure.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: The only way I think I could counter it is by using an earth release technique to make earth act similiarly to a roof.

How it works: The user imprisions the target in an orb of dense water.
Advantages: If you are fighting more than one opponent, you can temporarily remove one opponent allowing you to focus on the other.
Disadvantages: This jutsu is short ranged, requires water (although it can be expelled from the user's mouth at that point). user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would get out of range or evaporate the water.
