first of all kabuto was using sage mode which means senjutsu chakra. naruto's senjutsu chakra doesnt last long and thus kabuto's would as well run out at some point (however kabuto's chakra lasts longer)

sasuke can prevent close range attacks with shield of amaterasu or susanoo
we havent seen his new ems powers as he wasnt trying to kill kabuto.

just because kabuto dodged an arrow doesnt mean that he is fast, amaterasu has only been dodged by raikage

You should know amaterasu or physical attack is useless against kabuto since he use oral rebirth and liquified and we see kabuto would have beaten sasuke if not for itachi. Sasuke have no sealing jutsu too put kabuto down and kabuto covering his eyesight has no problem since he has sage mode sensing. Sasuke may win but it's not obvious the only reason he may win is plot

For him it lasts long due to Juugo's DNA he can gather natural energy indefinitely.
Kabuto's abilities are quite impressive but at the same time he's inadequate.
Itachi tried to tell him so.
