Not sure if its my screen or not, but both versions look blurry and the text isn't too bad but its a tad overwhelming and creates a second focal. Try makig the text a bit smaller and then stroke it(1 pxl) whatever color you like maybe purple in this sig then use a clipping mask to help blend it in more.

Probably because i blured some things, trying to add depth U_U
