neji wins,his byakugan can see through anyone,he can see lee's chakra points opening due to eight gates,he has good reflexes and he has 360 degree vision,he beat lee before he uses 5 gates.besides lee only uses it in the last second or as a last resort.

I say current Neji beats Lee high dif, idk neither of them will ever get to fight again but Neji has always had slightly higher data scores.

Lee could turn the tables with DRUNKEN FIST.
