if sasuke takes on the cloak naruto he has options and can take naruto down with blaze release to use amerterasu to hit naruto or surround himself or use genjutsu and naruto won't escape genjutsu because naruto is not a perfect jinchuriki yet he still hasn't perfected his bond with kurama.

so he will help naruto to break any genjutsu.

i don't think sasuke's genjutsu could do damages to naruto. but naruto's genjutsu could do damages to sasuke. remember the fight of jiraiya and pain when pa and ma put a rinnegan user in genjustu and he immediately died. as the rinnegan is more powerful than the sharingan it would also affect sasuke.
