The potential of Kakuza

I feel a though most of akatsuki got uber trolled predominantly kakuza although Sasori probably did more but oh well!
Anyway Ive been thinking according to what we ve seen kakuza steals the hearts of his enemies and in turn gains their nature manipulations type aka chakra type
If this is true could kakuza with for example hakus hearts use ice release as it is only reasonable to assume he would also gain kekkai genkai considering it is a combination Of nature types? I'd this is true kakuza could easily have stolen the hearts of five such ninja much like dark release in one of the movies and owned 90% of ninjas is naruto verse

Oh Kakuzu is easily one of the strongest characters in the manga.

His skill and intelligence is really undermined though, you really have to take a look at it from strategic stance to really appreciate his ability.

He didn't have the ability to use Kekkei Genkai by stealing the heart of its user though, Sasori was the only one able to use Kekkei Genkai of the people he turns into human puppets.

Kakuzu is underestimated a lot. he has lived since the days of the first Hokague and he's good with hand-to-hand combat and strategy
