Of Kyuubi's Yin chakra and Minato

So I suppose this question has been asked before, if not in the same form, although I couldn't really find it. In any case, all I wanted to ask about is your opinion:

Since chakra is supposed to leak out when sealed away, as would happen to Kurama if it had died with Kushina, do you think that the Kyuubi's Yin chakra will leak out with time and return to the Naruto World, or is it sealed forever within the belly of the Death God along with Minato? If it is, how can Tobi create a full Jyuubi?

And if it is not... how do you think the chakra would return? Would it be in the form of another free smaller fox, as looked Kurama with Yang chakra alone, or would it be simply a ball of energy that Tobi can suck away with the the Gedo Mazo? Would it be possible to make a Jinchuuriki of it, creating two Kyuubi hosts? Would their powers be even? What would happen to Minato if it does leak out, since the Shiki Fujin is supposed to lock your soul away along with your opponent's in the belly of the Shinigami where both souls fight for an eternity? If the "soul" Minato is supposed to fight for eternity disappears, would that mean that Minato's soul would be free as well? (no, not to come back to life, his body has sort of rotten away years ago, I mean free to move on to the next plane, meet up with his wife and shit, find peace).

Just a bit of speculation, this has somehow always been a point of interest and I wonder what you guys think about it =]

That specific chakra is stuck in the death god. We dont know if it regenerates though

Why? None of the above is a mass of chakra (such is the Kyuubi) and none of the above regenerates after "supposed" death. Also Hiruzen is locked away fighting Hashi, Tobirama and um Oros arms, again, none of which is going anywhere. There would be no disturbance in that particular seal, so why do you think they would "leak"?

I think the jinchuriki is the yin part. So sucks for Kurama he needs naruto to be complete.

That is probable, but it would suggest him extracting Kurama and then being all shock and awe... which won't be a really good situation for Naruto, so I hope we don't find out? xD
