I think Naruto-sama,will use that new Jutsu(we don't know if it's called "Waves of Rage" or not) and it will be a Ransengan in the sharp of a sword,he'll use it to cut down Preta,Human,Hell,and Animal path,killing them.God Path(being a little bitch) will run pass Naruto and grab some one (Possibly Sakura) and use her as a human shield,Naruto uses Frog Kata and his newfound speed to get around God path and Punches a hole in him,but he leaves before Naruto can land a punch(because he is a bitch) Team guy sees Pain fly over them as they return to Konaha.Naruto gets sad, thinking Konoha's destruction is his fault,Sakura slaps him and tells him that it isn't his fault,but Pain's fault,she then comments on his new power and appearance(which he blushes to) and Thanks him for coming to save them.She them(Possibly by accident) kisses him on the check,to which he blushes to.
When Team Gai enter Konoha they find Kakashi who coughs a little.
Back with Sasgay and Hawk,Zetsu Enters and tells them that Pain has Returned,Konan appears next to him,saying they failed to capture the Nine-tails(Much to Madara's disliking)
Madara and Kisame then appear.

naruto killed 2 pein body in less then 2 mins...
3 more mins to go... naruto going to finish this remaining body with his new move...

1.) The scroll on Naruto's back is nothing more than Jiraiya's scroll, which as far as we know is only a contract. There is no evidence to support any other claim, making it a guess (which is fair to do). The reason Ma/Pa toad are sitting on it is to advise Naruto. They are not infusing chakra. Now the scroll Jiraiya carried may have had jutsu on it, but that was never shown.

Jiraiya sealed Ameratsu in a separate piece of paper on which he wrote a seal.

2.) Running out of chakra doesn't mean death. If you're dead you have no chakra, if you have no chakra you are not necessarily dead. The slug would not still be attached to Kakashi as a waste of time and resources if he was dead. Kitsuyu didn't know if he's dead or alive.

3.) Interestingly, though we haven't seen Yamato, Naruto didn't ask about him or Sai. Naruto was close enough (relationship wise) to feel Yamato's chakra, so it's likely he's alive somewhere. If the same is true of Sai, then he may be with Danzou's group. That may be their mission instead of defending Konoha from Pein, they are defending it from Danzou.

b.) Danzou is a fool. If he takes out Tsunade for Hokage, Naruto will assasinate him. If he doesn't, Sasuke will. Danzou is living on borrowed time. He's also not too old as someone suggested. He's three years older than when the 3rd was Hokage and killed by Orochimaru.

4.) "Waves of Rage" It's intriguing since waves are likely the wind component, but I'm not sure what to make of the rage part. It might just be there to sound cool. It could also be a form of Naruto's kekkei genkei that only he as the Kyuubi jinchuurikii can use. As suggested it may be a fusion of his wind chakra with the Kyuubi's, which is like those that fuse water and earth to make wood. That would be kind of neat to see him using one clone to gather wind chakra and another to add Kyuubi chakra. Personally, I don't think he's using the 9 tails right now. That's his next phase of training after this.

b.) Given that it's called "waves of rage," it doesn't make sense as a close quarters combat jutsu to me. I don't see the point in generating a wave at close range unless it carries over a distance. To me the whole point is that it carries over a distance, so it could be both short and long distance. Given that Naruto has made the Rasengan more his jutsu than anyone else, it's like ly a variant of FRS.

Nagato is based in the tower in the hidden village of rain its a giant transmitter to the piercings on the bodies of pain.... from wot konan said about shortening his life source by doing wot he was doing i have a feeling he is frail or doesn't want to show himself yet as he hides behind his bodies..... but this is just a thought....as for the forbidden scroll it had forbidden jutsu's in it which leads me to the thought of naruto learning lots of jutsu's when he becomes hokage and it also makes me think that as its forbidden it may contain the other half of the fox's chakra..... just a thought...

Random thought, probably wrong, but I was just thinking, what if Nagato's already dead. It could be possible that his main form, his essence, resides in Konan. That would make her labret piercing a transmitter to allow Nagato to control the other bodies. Would also explain why she's always with him, and the wierd look in her eyes. Like I said, not likely but something to think about.

i think nagato is somewhat like the wizard of oz he hides behind his 6 bodies beacusewith out vessals to transmit his chanra and use his reningan to control his not that powerfull lol my guess is just liek the sharingan the renningan has a drawback since renningan is suppsed to be the most powerfull out of teh 3 eye techniques it probably has teh biggest and most fatal drawback ... sharingan drawback loose eyesight ... my guess renningan drawback ...
