by the time the user reforms it the great shark bullet destroys them, it is an attack in it's own right and is probably one of the best to deal with susanoo.

Not Madara since he absorbs it with the rinnegan, not Itachi since he blocks it with the yata mirror, not Sasuke since he can completely negate it with his chidori nagashi/lightning, so do tell what susanoo users it's going to work on? Shisui would end Kisame with KA before he even got the chance to use his shark bullet.

Izuna's the only MS user anyone could really say and we don't even know if he has susanoo.

Chidori may not work due to Kisame's shark bullet absorbing chakra and growing bigger, but it's physical lightning, so who knows.

true that this attack is fatal, it absorbs any ninjutsu that is fired against it and make it stronger.

yata mirror wont block huge amount of water, most probably the susanoo that holds yata mirror will be absorb as it is a shield.

no one can probably stop this technique if they don't have any sort of non-ninjutsu technique like guy.

Your bold statement is correct, however it took Gaara, Mei and Oonoki working together to get a hit on Madara in between deactivating Susano'o and trying to activate Preta path, and even HE was surprised that he hadnt activated it in time IMO one jutsu on it's own like this wouldnt be enough to catch a sharingan user off-guard. but still your bold is right.

And you gotta understand that when Kishi has stated a fact (not a numeral statistic, but a fact written in black and white) like "It blocks/nullifies all attacks it makes contact with" you just have to accept it as fact, nothing has ever absorbed or broken the Yata Mirror, so there is no reason to believe otherwise anyway, do you get my meaning?

You'd have to take that up with Kishi. He's the one who wrote it and it's essentially backed up by the manga when Zetsu said that with the yata mirror and totsuka sword Itachi's invincible hence it's implied no attack(at least elemental attacks) could get through yata mirror.
