Was Naruto's Brother....maybe kinda crazy but I did not know very much about them, I had just about seen his face once, and the hair outline was very similar to Naruto's.


It might have been cool if they were.

I thought that he formed the Akutsuki because of losing his parents, and maybe he was the older brother of Naruto.
