So you can have up to 4 different custom elements in one bio, two of your own and two that you've learned.
But that applies to one bio. Can you make more then 2 custom elements and have that in your second bio?
So you have 2 different custom elements in each bio?

How so? If it's allowed it would mean people are doing it and everyone can do it so it wouldn't be op.

All together you can only have 4 CEs.

You can create 2 and have 2 others where you can be either a student or a co-creator. Or you can have 4 that are taught to you. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you can only have 4 all together. That is the same to both bios. Its you who have the CE's, not the bios, so they get whatever it is you have.
