this is just a random quick analysis of Mei's abilities i did for the lulz, beware it's pretty long you don't have to read if you don't want to

Prediction of Stats
Although Mei does not yet have any databook stats, these are how I predict them to be, I'll explain further in the spoilers.
nin:5, tai:3.5, gen:3.5, intelligence:4, strength:3, speed:4, stamina:3.5, hand seals: 5 = total of 31.5

Ninjutsu
Mei deserves a 5 in ninjutsu because well, she has 2 kekkei genkai as well as usage of water, earth, and fire release techs
Lava Release
A combination of doton and katon, Mei's lava release is a formidable offense,
Boil Release
The second of Mei's KkGs and a mix of katon and suiton. It's just like Hidden Mist Jutsu, but with... acid. It's obviously strong enough to melt susanoo which has been able to take attacks such as laser circus and the Raikage's raiga bomb.
Water Release
Since you know, she's the Mizukage, kage of a village known for their suiton, she's a master of water jutsu. Even in a dry area with no nearby water source, she can use a massive Waterspout that is capable of extinguishing even the strongest fire jutsu and then quickly use that same water to create a giant Water Dragon Bullet which is strong enough to
Fire Release
Although mei has not been shown using katon on panel, it's a part of her Lava and Boil Release and she tells Sasuke that she uses fire nature. Fire release can provide for some very destructive attacks even though she already has stuff like lava globs in her arsenal. it also gives her immunity to Wind Release.
Earth Release
Same as above. Earth release is good for both offense and defense and mei could potentially use earth walls or mud to restrict her opponents or block. Gives her immunity to Water Release, although Mei herself is already good at suiton.

If she used this in an open area and cranked the pH level to the lowest levels possible it would easily make up for it not being used in a closed room. This is made even deadlier by the fact that the opponent won't realize it's acid until it's too late.Water Release

Since Mei doesn't have many taijutsu feats I am counting this as her Jutsu speed.
There is a considerable distance between Madara and the Kages, which only grows bigger when Tsunade goes forward to punch him. However, Mei is able to save Tsunade from that distance with her Suiton. Shame we couldn't see her do the same thing in recent chapters...
Mei can also time attacks with the Raikage. While nothing special, she wouldn't be able to do it if she was slow.

Taijutsu
Mei isn't a taijutsu oriented person, but regardless she still has some feats worth noting. For starters, she showed some taijutsu skill with Black Zetsu, who was one of Tobi's trusted allies.
She also defended against a punch from Susanoo, although Gaara saved her by cushioning her fall, she took the punch itself.

Just gave her an average score because she's not a taijutsu type like I said. Apparently she can lift the Hiramekarei, though that's not saying much.

Stamina
During the Summit,
Mei was able to stand along with the kages after a fight with Black Zetsu for a long fight with Madara, even managing to create a water dragon after getting her ass whooped by Susanoo.

, either way though it was implied she still had chakra left over for that attack.Genjutsu
Mei has shown no genjutsu skill herself although she's a kage and was prepared to fight Danzo and Sasuke even with the knowledge that they had sharingan. Thus she must have some type of genjutsu defense. I'm thinking Hidden Mist which is a perfect counter to any visual genjutsu, though she should have basic genjutsu breaking skills too so I gave her an average score.
Intelligence
Mei saw through Ao from the start when Fuu possessed his body, and showed some knowledge on battle strategy during the Kage fight with Madara, such as using lava to cushion him in order for A to punch him, and clouding up the Rinnegan's field of vision. Furthermore, as a Kage she has knowledge of a lot of stuff outside her village. She showed some knowledge about the Uchiha clan at the summit (besides the attractive men thing) and immediately recognized Minato's Hiraishin being used by other shinobi.

Attractiveness
I personally don't swing that way, but there's no rule against Mei flashing her tits and winning any battle instantly.
