Your theory lacks proper presentation, but you did made me notice something creepy...

Tobi's bandages cover such specific areas. Only the parts that were crushed by the boulder on Obito. Right arm, side of the face, and upper left portion of his body, while leaving a portion his arm intact. If it turns out to be Obito, he really improved over the course of a year or two, and grew up fast. Itachi beat Orochimaru down while he was around that age so I guess it is not beyond Kishi.

Oro did experiment and did need specimens so he may of came across obitos body somehow. to also help when tobi rips his arm off it looks like apart of zetsu (cant find the evidence but it does exist) which could be how obitos body is controlled. (if thats explained correctly)
