~Okay here the thing , iHave a good idea for a techniqe/ability for Naruto RP but need a little help delveloping it more a making sure its in the realm of the rules . So that when iCreate the technique/ability . iWill also give credit the person that helps me refine it , and permission to use itif they want .

Im not going put the idea up so it want get stolen, if it is good one . But just say so if you Wana Help
