i know sasuke has the sharingan but i think he wants to get access to sasuke's body since he is the last true decendant from the sage of six path from the uchiha and senju clan.
naruto is a distant relative to the senju but the senju are just direact relatives to the younger son i guess the senju's had some type of unique yang power like what hashirama and tobirama showed in their techniques like wood release and tobirama making water jutsu's from molecules, naruto just has a long life force and may be good at sealing.Also naruto bloodline is not even 100% percent uzumaki so i don't think he is as close to the sage of six path heritage like sasuke.
sasuke on the other hand has a clan which interbreeds and also has a unique eye power and can gain the sages eyes which is the rinnegan and also sasuke can probably even get dragon sage mode since orochimaru and kabuto said that they needed sasuke body to become complete.
so now if sasuke actually has the potential to gain the rinnegan which can tame the ten tails like the sage himself and sasuke body has a chance to get a perfect sage mode than i think sasuke has a chance to actually become a jinchuriki like what madara wants in his moon eye plan not tobi but madara but tobi told his plans anyway.
naruto is an uzumaki and has potential to unite all tailed beast and he a long life force but he doesn't have the powerful yang chakra like the senju's do to inhance there techs to a big scale like his relatives, the only tech that can compare with his relatives would be rasen shureken and that is not close to tobirama power or even hashirama but it is impressive so naruto has interest too, but sasuke has the most since he is the closest one in the relations to sage of six path since he is a direct elder son clan of the uchiha and somehow the hyuga are too but the uchiha are the clan that held the elder son power.
basically sasuke can get the sages eye,perfect sage mode and possibly also manipulate or be able to be a jinchuriki for the ten tails(if sasuke awakes the rinnegan and trains it he can) and this is why orochimaru has so much interest for sasuke that he would actually not want to really hurt him and protect him all the time because sasuke has potential and i think there is way more to sasuke sasuke story and that's why we hear so much from the uchiha clan becuase they have so much information in them but most of them are dead but orochimaru will now help sasuke figure it out.
