Born into the famed uchiha clan of Konohagakure, Seventeen was a very skilled shiboni at a very young age starting the academe at 4 and graduated at 5 making chunin at 6 and jounin before he turned 12 at that time he had completed 10 d rank missions , 1 c rank missions , 9 b rank missions , 5 a rank missions , and 10 s-rank missions, 35 in total and he did that in less than 8 years thus getting the nickname miracle of the hidden leaf. On his 13th birthday the third hokage ordered him to take a break from missions, so seventeen went to the hidden rain village to learn new things he stayed away from the konoha for five years, During his time in the hidden rain he met the love of his life a mysterious Kunoichi by the name of kushina, kushnia was very beautiful with blue eyes that sometimes turned brown with long multi colored hair that changes colors as time passes, in her youth the majority of her hair was a deep blue with red streaks in the front and on the lower back of her hair it’s black , she wore a black and red vest with back and red chain metal underneath it , She was talkative and very short tempered growing up somewhat like , but as time passed her temper faded with it . she is a very fun person to be around she always makes jokes and always try to cheer people up . Seventeen’s first year of training was training with his master alone and he quickly became skilled using the sword , he was given a leather vest with a golden frame as a gift for all his hard work , His second year there his master had decided to give him a respirator mask protecting him from poisons and other things, After that three long years of training followed and after that seventeen’s training was finally complete and he was free to go home, Seventeen decided to take a vacation before he went back home to konoha , he traveled to the land of the hot springs he often had trouble but it was nothing he couldn’t handle older ninja always tried to steal his money because he was only twelve but when they tired he usually beat the half to After a year or two of vacation seventeen became homesick and decided to come back to the village hidden in the leaves, he returned to the village when he was 20 and when he returned everyone was cheerful and happy that the hidden leaves miracle had returned. For the next 7 years he trained and completed missions, his total mission count completed is 30 D rank missions, 21 C rank missions, 19 B rank missions, 93 A rank missions, and 80 S-rank missions Total: 243. At this time seventeen was 27 and became a hero and got another nickname from other villages this nickname Being Konoha’s Deadly miracle. When he was just about to turn 21 seventeen awoke confused and dazed and as he awoke three ANBU appeared before him and said “come with us, lord hokage wants to see you.” Seventeen and the ANBU set of towards the hokages office, when seventeen and the three ANBU arrived at the hokage’s office the Hokage was already waiting for him, Seventeen asked what was going on and the hokage said I wanted to thank you in person for your service and loyalty towards the hidden leaf, But the time you serve under us has come to an end, I appreciate you greatly but you have become too strong and a possible threat to the village and I cannot let that happen! Seventeen was shocked to learn this and was now greatly confused. Without warning the hokage and the three ANBU attacked seventeen with warning, they fought a long and hard battle but seventeen escaped narrowly. Seventeen decided to head towards the hidden mist village and that’s where spends his life, Swearing to one day get his revenge on konoha.

Description: The White Lightning Blade has a rumor of being forged with a fang of the nine tailed beast Kurama using white lightning to cut it into smaller pieces capable of being manipulated. This sword at first appears dull, rusty, and at first glance useless, this is called V1 form

in this form the sword can send out pulses of raiton chakra in a desired direction,the raiton pulses can pierces solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body and sending it back into your sword letting you know something is there. You send out the pulses by swinging your sword in that direction and the pulses can only be sent out horizontally. the pulses that are sent out stay connected to the sword until another pulse is sent out or the jutsu is canceled, or if left on the field for more than two turns they disappear.(once the pulses are on the field the cannot change position the must stay in that direction until a new pulse is sent out, These pulses can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything

when you add Raiton chakra into the blade it grows to a massive size and gives off tiny bolts of lightning causing fractures on the sword , this is called V2 form

in V2 form the blade gives a constant pulse of raiton charka this pulse can pierce solid objects and lets you know if someone or something is behind that object by reading their electrical energy in their body, you can detect any living thing inside the area. This helps you see what you can’t see, like if your blinded you can use your sword to find your opponent. This constant pulse of raiton chakra is full of waves that connect the 360 degree 20 foot diameter by 20 foot height pulse to the sword, so when a living creature is in side the area the user feels their electrical impulses in their body, thus giving the user an location of where the enemy is These pulse can go through solid objects without causing damage to anyone or anything


Note: In V1 every pulse counts towards your jutsu limit for that turn
Note: The pulses in V1 are 10 feet in width and 10 feet in height
Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it is the size of zabuza's Executioner's Blade
Note: When the white lightning blade is in it's V2 form it can cut Steele
Note: When in V2 the lightning blades constant pulse has a diameter of 20 feet (short/mid range) and a height of 20 feet
Note: The white lightning blade cannot send it’s pulses underground in any form
Note: When the white lightning blade is in its v2 from it can only stay like that for 3 turns, and then it reverts to it's v1 state
Note: There is a 2 turn cool down after used, meaning if used in v2 sate and you take it out or it reverts back to it's V1 state you have to wait 2 turns before you can use it in V2 form again.
Note:The white lightning blade is only usable 3 times in V2
