since Minato sealed half of kurama chakra with RDS, say he was to come back would he come back as a Jinchūriki(like the gold and sliver brothers) or just with a huge chakra pool

He didn't seal anything inside himself. His soul was trapped inside the Death God (aswell as the Bijuu) and you cant seal a Bijuu inside a soul, so he would come back normal.
