When I use this technique, I often begin by throwing two shuriken towards my target. More than likely they usually try to negate this by retaliating with the same thing: Two Shuriken. So I use this technique to send them all flying back at the enemy un-expectantly. If they try to dodge, you can use this technique to redirect the shuriken.

However if it seems like they will retaliate with jutsu, you've got to get creative and come up with new ways to utilize Ninja tools.

A move like this possesses some inherit deception. Someone will think you weak for using mere ninja tools and under-estimate you immediately. The next turn you use the technique you just learned to surprise them (Best used with rigged shuriken).

Next just memorize these handseals and start building up your lung capacity with breathing exercises.

Now that you've got the handseals down and the breathing exercises finished, begin by performing the handseals, inhaling a large amount of wind and imbuing it with your chakra, followed by exhaling all of the gathered wind. The amount of power the gust contains all depends on you-As seen in the description, it varies in intensities, so you can choose to perform it however you like.

Like a tornado, you have to make the wind chase itself around faster and faster until you form the desired twister o-o. Afterwards, if you've learned it, then you can try and combine it with Fire Release:Running Fire to test and see if you've got the desired results.

*I start by performing running fire and create a huge ring of fire around me about mid range from me on all sides. The fire slowly begins to burn inward! As the fire creeps in I build up my wind chakra and mold it. I release it into the air above me and begin to swirl it around in a circular motion. The fire is getting closer so i spin the wind even faster trying to create the desired funnel. It picks up speed and I move my concentration to the fire, trying to add the fire to the tornado while keeping the tornado stable. I try a couple time unsuccessfully and the fire still creeps forward. Finally as one of my shoelaces is singed I shoot a side of the fire into the tornado. The rest is sucked into the funnel and a fiery tornado of destruction is born!*

When you done, I'll add my Fire Release to the mix to complete the three way collaboration.

i build up my wind chakra as you set up the tunnel. I concentrate my chakra in my arms and torso. As ur tunnel forms i perform the Tiger → Snake → Ram handseal sequence and release a blast of wind shooting straight through the entrance of the tunnel.

Also I imagine this could be used cleverly in conjunction with Perfume release CE to not only physically harm the opponent but also disturb their equilibrium.

If used from a frontal position, yes, it probably could be used to obscure sight As for carrying gases, I imagine it's possible with this technique, though I would imagine it more convenient to use a conventional wind release technique to achieve that as well.

In terms of combinations, I think this technique is fine the way it is, truly o_o Combining it with something like fire just ruins the beauty, and the purpose of the technique. Tough now that I think of it, combining it with perfume would only add to the beauty of such a technique.
