Sage of 6 Paths' Eternal rival

Hear me out before you just state the obvious. Everyone has an eternal rival because everyone needs to always has someone to keep them on edge to always push them keeping them at the top of their game. Here is my list to prove the fact that everyone has an E.R:

1. Naruto and Sasuke (Naruto)
2. Hashirama and Madara (Naruto)
3. Itachi and Shisui ( Naruto) [ I'm just assuming this seeing as how they were best friends and itachi looked up to Shisui, so i assumed they were friendly rivals]
4.Kakashi and Might Guy ( Naruto)
5. Goku and Vegeta ( DBZ)
6.cloud and sephiroth ( Final Fantasy)
7.Ichigo and Ishida ( Bleach)
8.Inuyasha and Sesshomaru ( Inuyasha)

honestly i can't think of anymore off the top of my head, but feel free to add more, this is just my theory because everyone has to have a rival. I don't care how strong you are you always need a rival ( like a said earlier) to keep on top of your game.
I thought this was an interesting idea and wanted to hear what you guys on the base thoughts on If you believe the So6p had an Eternal rival.

but I would image this v minus the man part, the beast was the first real conflict the sage ever had, so I assume the 10 tails.

Hm, that is a difficult question, but a very interesting one. I would assume that the Tentails can be considered his rival though in the end he was split up in the nine bijuu and his body was made into the moon.
Aside from the Tentails I can't come up with anyone else who could be his rival.
