It looks like the light is making his neck disappear, it just looks a bit weird.
I do like the rest though.

Its not bad, but your lighting source is on the wrong side, the right side of his face is bright yet no light source and the left side of his face is dark but it has a light source somewhat. So yeah that needs some work but other than that its pretty good.

You just place the image you want and the the layer mode to addition ^^
